Terms and Conditions
- Stalls are allocated on a first come, first served basis solely at the discretion of the event
management.
- Stalls cost £50.00 per day. When booked for both days of a two day event, 10% discount is
applied to the
fee. The same fee applies whether you book a stall space in our party tent or you bring along your own
gazebo. Stalls booked for a registered charity are free of charge.
- On acceptance of approval you will receive an e-mail link to make full pre-payment and this must be
actioned within 7 days to secure your space.
- Stalls in our party tent will be 1 x 6ft trestle table (or the equivalent floor space if preferred)
and a chair. If you require additional floor space, please describe proposed use and and give
approximate dimensions. Please note that this space is subject to availability and may incur an
additional charge.
- A 3m x 3m gazebo can be hired from Friends of Craigtoun for £15 per day. (Subject to availability).
- We cannot guarantee exclusivity of product type to any stallholder.
- Stall holders will be able to set up from 08.30 on the day of the event. All vehicles must be removed
to the staff carpark immediately after offloading. Parking in the staff car park is free although spaces
are limited.
- There is strictly NO vehicle movement within the park between the trading times of 10.00 and 17.00hrs.
For safety reasons traffic marshals' instructions must be followed at all times. If for any reason you
need to leave during these times, please contact the Park Manager.
- Overnight security is not provided so it is recommended that stall holders who have booked two days at
an event, take down their stalls at the end of day one and set up again on day two. Stall holders who
leave gazebos or products overnight do so at their own risk.
- In the event of a cancellation, a refund will only be issued if we can successfully rebook your stall.
- In the event that Friends of Craigtoun are forced to cancel an event—such as due to severe weather
conditions —participants will receive a full refund. We will make every effort to reach out to all
stallholders using the contact details provided and will also announce the cancellation on our social
media platforms.
